With decades of expertise and a focus on delivering value to our customers, we are growing and looking for a dedicated Rental Fleet Manager to take our rental operations to the next level.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and inspect equipment for faults and malfunctions.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs.
- Conduct equipment updates, pre-delivery, and pre-season inspections.
- Complete detailed work orders and technician notes.
- Operate machinery for testing and diagnostics.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all OH&S safety standards.
- Collaborate with the service team and report to the Service Manager.

***Qualifications**:

- Journeyman certification preferred, but equivalent experience accepted.
- Solid knowledge of agricultural equipment repair methods and tools.
- Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience using diagnostic software and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, customer-focused, and team-oriented.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Regular standing and frequent walking, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Ability to lift and move parts up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Occasional vehicle and heavy equipment operation.
- Requires hand-eye coordination and good visual focus.

***Work Environment**:

- Loud indoor environment with frequent exposure to machinery.
- Occasional outdoor work and exposure to mechanical vibrations.
- Possible exposure to high temperatures, fumes, and chemicals.
- PPE required at all times.
