**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming guests and providing them with information about hotel services.
- Handling reservations and managing check-in/check-out processes.
- Addressing concerns and offering information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service in accordance with company policies.
- Operating booking systems and other internal tools.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service is an asset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
