**Outside Sales Associate**
**Location: Dallas, TX Area**

**Job Functions**:
**Job Duties, to include but not limited to**:
- Prospect new accounts.
- Learn basic product features and benefits and deliver this message to prospective users.
- Provide demonstration of our products.
- Offer basic technical support of named product sets.
- Visit job sites to support installations and build your knowledge.
- Manage select dealer and end user relationships.
**Qualifications**:
- Associate’s degree (AAS), or Trade School Certification, or Bachelor’s Degree (BS) preferred.
- Recent college graduates and/or up to 1-2 years in sales.
- Good communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Must have a valid drivers’ license
- Self-motivated, Goal oriented, and great organizational skills.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Base Salary with bonus potential

- Relevant business expenses paid
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $68,900 with additional bonus potential of approximately $15,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
