In the Saskatoon area, you will clean, residential homes, townhouses, apartments, and Executive Suites. Not limited to only Residential, we also complete Post construction, Real Estate move-in and Move-out, Commercial, etc. If you are an experienced Subcontractor looking for New Opportunities and want to be rewarded for your hard work we have work orders to fill, these range from light cleans to heavier commercial cleans. - **Flexible work schedule.**: - **WCB premiums included.**: - **Sub-contracted employment.**: - **Write off your expenses** Being a contractor allows you to write off your gas, cleaning supplies, cell phone bills, travel, and other expenses. **Job Summary** We are looking for motivated individuals who are reliable, and trustworthy and would strive to exceed client expectations. You’ll be responsible for cleaning residential homes, townhouses, apartments, Executive Suites, and Air BnBs' in the **Saskatoon** area. **You must have a reliable vehicle and a Valid drivers' license - use of your car is required.** **Available to start immediately.** - **Accommodating Schedule**. All of our cleaners set their own part-time or full-time cleaning contracts. We take pride in allowing people to make great money while working around their schedules. We provide both Part-time and Full-time hours to accommodate our cleaners’ busy schedules. We will take care of the customer service, scheduling, marketing, and administration hassles so that you don’t have to. **What We Are Looking For**: - Residential House cleaning/ Post Construction cleaning with experience of 6 months or more, this is a **definite asset.** **- You must be reliable and have your own vehicle to use as you must get to the jobs on your own.** - Valid driver’s license. - Excellent verbal communication skills. - Ability to pass a background check. **Must pass criminal clearance - this will be required from you before starting work** **What We Pay**: The contracts range from $18.00-$22.00 per hour and you get to keep any tips from the clients.
