**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Process invoices and payments
- Administer and submit biweekly payroll and employee reimbursements
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
- Government reporting (CRA, GST, PST, WCB, WorkSafe BC, CARM and BC Health Tax)
- Assist with invoice entry into Cortex
**Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics accounting software an asset
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively with others
