**JOB DUTIES**

(a) Storing finished goods/raw materials in the staging area

(b) Pulling and moving materials from shelves

(c) Operating the Forklift/Combi lift safely

(d) Assisting with the month-end and year-end inventory counts

(e) Maintaining equipment and warehouse in order

(f) Conducting inventory audits

(g) Respecting and adhering to company safety rules and guidelines

(h) Recommend strategies to improve safety and efficiency throughout the company.

(i) Provided and/or participate in training activities as required.

(j) Participate in business planning as required.

(k) Maintain level of quality consistent with established standards.

(l) Comply with established safety rules.

(m) Comply with company policy and procedures.

(n) Maintain constructive working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and managers.

(o) Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company policy.

(p) Perform other duties as assigned to satisfaction of the Plant Manager.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Able to work and cooperate with other personnel.
- Material handling and forklift operating skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new procedures, equipment and other workplace changes.
- Health and safety knowledge.
- Able to work productively with minimum supervision.

**Required Qualifications**
- Ability to safely drive a Lift truck and Combi - Training also provided

**Physical/Working Conditions**:
This position requires the employee to work under schedule-bound conditions in a manufacturing environment.

**Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, Saturday or Sunday as directed.**However, given the nature of our business and due to customer needs, alternate hours may be required. The Company reserves the right to alter the work schedule and/or implement any other shift format that may be necessary to meet production and/or job demands. These alterations may include reducing shifts and/or schedules, implementing a rotating/fixed 12-hour continental shift formal or a rotating/fixed 8-hour shift. In the event that changes to the shift schedule are necessary, the company will attempt to notify you in advance.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
