**Our expectations**:
NAM maintains actual 27 National agreements contract (approx. 40 000 members part of these groups).

Prospect new National accounts and put in place agreement from Lowe’s US lead.

Setup agreement in our systems for Tender wins and communicate to stores and PSM information’s about new program.

**Your role**:

- Maintain relationship with Actual National Agreements contact
- Communicate to stores and PSM new program, renewal agreement program
- Provide list of members when available to all PSM to have them visited members directly to promote NA program and grow sales in our stores.
- Follow marketing calendar to get advertising on time as per each contract (advertising on association website, newsletters, magazine, special events, etc..)
- Handle advertising requests with marketing department for all advertising creation web and print
- Develop special offers with marketing customize for each NA when applicable
- Participate to annual events
- Sponsorship
- Renewal agreements (as per contract: yearly or every 2-3 years) communicate all change to stores, including affiliated when applicable.
- Inform NA and their members about all new programs and services available in our banners for Pro
- Customers services to answer and support NA individual Members questions
- Build Group commitment (between 100 to 1000 products) when applicable as per contract
- Review commitment pricing as per contract base (Monthly, quarterly or yearly) and communicate to NA and PSM
- Fill Monthly customers sales reports (some need to be done manually informations not available in RD2W)
- Maintenance new accounts and modification account setup
- Supervise Call for tender quotes
- Implementation of Tender contract in Corporate stores and Rona affiliated stores when required.
- Process annual rebate.
- Prospection New National Agreements
- Build proposal
- Handle new agreement setup in our systems
- Create all members accounts in VIP Pro for all banners
- Registration of all Lowe’s VIPpro # for manual sales tracking
- Creation customer segment type in MMS for Rona (3 systems)
- Modify all customers account in 3 MMS Rona system with right segment and pricebook to track sales
- Work with Rona affiliated stores when required in region where we don’t have corporate stores
