**Job Title**: Part-Time Tutor for Junior Kindergartener (Basic Math and Reading)

The tutor will be responsible for designing a short curriculum, setting weekly learning goals, and delivering fun, interactive lessons that cater to a junior kindergarten level. All materials, including an iPad, books, paper, pencils, and other resources, will be provided on-site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a simple, structured curriculum focused on basic math (e.g., number recognition, counting, simple addition) and reading (e.g., letter recognition, phonics, sight words).
- Set clear, achievable weekly learning goals and track progress.
- Plan and prepare lessons in advance, ensuring they are engaging and tailored to a 4-year-old’s learning style.
- Use provided materials (iPad, books, worksheets, etc.) to create interactive and hands-on learning activities.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to keep the child motivated and excited about learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on progress and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with young children, preferably in tutoring, teaching, or childcare.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Creativity and patience to make learning fun and engaging for a 4-year-old.
