**The Opportunity**:
The City of Red Deer is currently recruiting to fill casual positions for Facility Program Assistant - Slide Attendants. These positions will be required to work as part of the waterpark team, working directly with facility patrons. Monitoring specific areas within the waterpark, providing direction and education to patrons, assistance with first aid and emergency situations, cleaning and daily maintenance procedures and program support.
- Grade 10 or equivalent - Minimum 15 years of age
- Bronze Cross Certification.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Demonstrated high level of verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Intermediate First Aid Certificate
- Commitment to the City’s Cornerstone Values.

Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 417

**Remuneration**:
$21.58 to $22.85 per hour.

**Hours of Work**:
Hours of work as scheduled with no minimum guarantee. Availability required for early morning, daytime, evening and weekend shifts to meet the needs of the facility.
