Come Join our team We are currently looking to fill a Junior Baker Position. Are you interested in baking Vegan, Kosher gluten and nut Free baked goods this is the right place for you.
**Applicant must to be able to start as early 6am Monday-Friday**.**
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cut and pack products for our wholesale orders
- Label packaged items: cakes, cookies, brownies, etc
- Pack up wholesale orders to be shipped/delivered to our wholesale clients
- Assist in the preparation and production of products and any other day to day tasks in a timely manner
- Making high volumes of Cakes, Cookies, Squares, Breakfast items, savory items, etc.
- General customer service *if needed
- Clean and maintain kitchen area as well as clean and maintain all equipment
- Responsible for maintaining a neat and clean appearance, with respect to food hygiene
- Keep up-to-date with new promotions and changes to menu items
- Monitor kitchen supply usages and report products needed to replenish inventory levels
- Assist and help with inventory
- Ensure the consistent quality and delivery of products to company specifications
- Find and follow decorating guidelines
- Above all, junior bakers must understand that it is their passion that drives the stores operations, maintains its quality, and retains its customers.
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
