**Overview**
THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION WITH FULL AVAILABILITY NEEDED. Part Time availability will not be considered at this time. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure that every guest leaves with a smile, and your attention to detail will help maintain our standards of excellence.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining spaces.
- Follow food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest quality of products served.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or food preparation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
- A passion for coffee and food preparation is a plus
