**The Opportunity**
Join our dynamic sales team as a Co-Op Student and make a real impact on our sales strategy. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director
- Direct Sales, you’ll leverage your education and curiosity to drive results through market research, financial analysis, training development, and trend identification.
**What You’ll Do**
- Conduct market, product, and competitor research to identify improvements
- Analyze client financial statements and market sectors for trends
- Build sales forecasts and portfolio growth reports using Salesforce and Power BI
- Support loan funding by connecting with vendors and clients
- Complete risk scorecards and RoC worksheets for data integrity
- Assist in developing and launching training courses
- Draft internal and external communications, maintain prospect profiles
- Prepare and distribute business management and performance reports
- Continuously learn and identify trends to support team success
**Who We’re Looking For**
- Pursuing a degree/diploma in business or finance
- Administrative experience and operational knowledge
- Motivated, independent, and accountable self-starter
- Detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Curious, eager to learn, and optimize processes
- Strong understanding of banking, documentation, and financial insight
- Proactive, responsive, and agile in managing competing priorities
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Outlook, Excel; Power BI and Salesforce are assets
