Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is cooked in a timely manner and meets food safety guidelines
- Assist with meal preparation and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and meal preparation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
