**About this position**

**Yola Beauty is expanding our business to CANADA.**We’re looking for a beauty player, friendly, and motivated team player to join our vibrant beauty family. This is your chance to be part of a fast-growing company where innovation, creativity, and passion are at the heart of everything we do.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Instore Support: Greet every customer warmly and answer questions about products and services.
- Product Demonstrations: Showcase products on yourself or clients, offering personalized recommendations.
- Sales & Recommendations: Recommend products and services tailored to customer needs while driving sales and boosting brand awareness.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain fresh, eye-catching displays and ensure shelves are always well-stocked.
- Event Support: Assist with in-store events, including beauty demos, consultations, and promotions.
- Store Standards: Keep the environment clean, organized, and welcoming for every guest.
- Promotions & Updates: Inform customers about current promotions, upcoming events, and available services.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or as a Beauty Advisor is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with customers and understanding their needs.
- A proactive approach to upselling and promoting products will be beneficial in this role.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work across different store locations as needed throughout **British Columbia, Canada**.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
