Sustainability Consultant

EcoSolver is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sustainability Consultant to join our growing team. You will be working with the EcoSolver team and our clients providing support on client engagements and will contribute to a wide array of business activities, including but not limited to market research, sustainability strategy development & execution, business development and market outreach.

**What you will do**
- Conduct market and product research and synthesize insightful and impactful reports and presentations
- Synthesize research findings into key themes, analyze information to develop conclusions and draft recommendations for client deliverables
- Prepare client deliverables; independently gather, analyze, and convert information into executive-ready reports, presentations, and visuals.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with our clients and contribute to our network building and partnership development activities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business needs, concerns, and competitive landscape
- Stay on top of the latest industry trends and requirements and contribute through providing perspective, insights and ideas
- Work collaboratively on a variety of topics and inspire and influence people around you
- Most importantly, learn, create impact, experience a great culture, and have fun

**What you will bring to the role**
- 3+ years of effective experience in consulting and/or strategy. Experience in sustainability and ESG functions is highly desirable.
- Ability to have effective communications with and prepare insights and reports for senior managers to help with making strategic decisions
- Bachelors or Masters degree in sustainability, management, business administration or a relevant field of study from an accredited institution
- Knowledge of sustainability (ESG) topics, principles, practices, and trends.
- Familiarity with principles of marketing research and business development
- Ability to work well both independently, and in collaboration with the team
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a must; proficiency in French or other languages is an asset.
- Comfortable working remotely and in the office
- Occasional travel within Canada and the US may be required

**Salary**: $67,416.61-$94,621.20 per year
