_**Ideal**_ **Qualifications**
Load and deliver commercial and residential petroleum products as required in a timely, safe manner. Operate the delivery vehicle in accordance with company vehicle practices to protect, health, safety and the environment, to minimize repair and maintenance costs, and to provide efficient customer service. Abide by all company Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) rules and regulations. Additional tasks and duties not identified may be assigned.

Working with the dispatcher, to load and deliver commercial and residential petroleum products as required in a timely, safe manner.

Drive in a manner consistent with vehicle practices policy to ensure safety of self, pedestrians and all other road traffic. To abide by all traffic rules and regulations.

Complete all necessary training to obtain all proper licensing for all duties performed, including TDG, CPPI, WHMIS, Commercial Vehicle Operator’s License.

Load necessary products for the deliveries required.

Conduct pre-trip inspection (PTI), report deficiencies and to carry a copy of the PTI in the delivery vehicle.

Carry, in the delivery vehicle, all documentation required by any government legislation or regulation at all times.

Maintain a clean and orderly delivery vehicle on a daily basis.

Operate the delivery vehicle in such a manner as to minimize repair and maintenance costs.

Maintain an oil spill response kit on board the truck.

Report and clean up or assist to clean up all spills.

Complete truck reports on a daily basis and ensure complete accuracy on all matters in accordance with company policy.

Work with the dispatcher to enable efficient delivery routing.

Be cooperative and work as a team member with other staff.

2 years experience delivering bulk fuel

Successful completion of TDG, CPPI, and WHMIS training.

An active class 3 driver’s license _**is**_ required

Air brakes _**certification**_ is required

Previous experience is an asset

Strong understanding of workplace safety

Good Drivers Abstract

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
