Spa Receptionist

Polished Beauty Bar is in need of a full-time receptionist to join our team to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

In this role, you will answer phones, book appointments, and perform other receptionist duties as needed.

Communication is important, As a spa receptionist, you may be responsible for communicating with clients, staff and other individuals. This requires you to have excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak and write clearly.

You will also direct clients upon arrival and provide information regarding our spa services.

Currently, our spa runs on Milano software and a Wix website, we offer an on-line booking, an on-line store and also communicate with customers through social media.

We offer a variety of spa services and encourage you to check our website and Instagram and Facebook page to learn more about us.

Our team works very well together in a modern and upbeat environment.

A main goal is to work efficiently and in a well organized surrounding.

6 manicure Stations

4 Pedicure stations

3 Spa treatment Rooms

1 Bathroom

1 Staff room

The Day to Day operations include:
Answer phone promptly and professionally, book appointments correctly and cash out clients efficiently.

Keep client appointments on track and scheduled.

Assist with canceling appointments and rescheduling as well as keeping a cancelation list.

Accommodating customers to ensure they can get an appointment.

Greet clients in a friendly, efficient manner and assist them during their visit.

Provide information to clients regarding spa services and promotions.

Ensure the spa operations run smoothly.

Assist with ordering inventory as needed.

Complete sales in person, as well as on line orders, and manage gift card sales.

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
