The Janitor/Maintenance Worker will report to the Maintenance Supervisor.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Janitorial work such as sweeping, washing, and waxing floors; cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, various equipment cleaning and waste disposal.
- Maintain complete records of daily maintenance activities.
- Maintain repairs on premises including the upkeep of buildings including, plumbing, drywall and painting, landscaping, etc.
- Respond to and perform emergency janitorial and maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Maintain tools, cleaning equipment, and work areas to be in safe, clean and good working order.
- Work closely with colleagues and other professionals.
- Attend job training and safety programs organized by maintenance department.
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
- Task Flexibility, be prepared to adapt to different tasks as priorities shift.
- Perform other related duties and activities as required.

**What You Will Need**
- Minimum 1 years of experience performing routine janitorial/maintenance.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good with technology.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
- Capable of staying focused and productive when working independently.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record is considered an asset.

**Hours of Work**
- Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day from 10 AM - 7 PM.
- Late shift vacation coverage when needed from 1 PM - 10 PM.
- Willing and able to work weekends and overtime as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour
