**Job Title: Siding Installer**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install various types of siding materials, including vinyl, wood, fiber cement, and metal, on residential and commercial buildings.
- Cap windows and other architectural features to ensure a seamless, polished finish.
- Accurately measure, cut, and install siding to fit specific building dimensions.
- Set up and maintain ladders and scaffolding in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform soffit and gutter installations to complete exterior work.
- Carry and transport materials weighing over 100lbs to job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools, materials, and equipment are properly stored.
- Work safely and efficiently, following company guidelines and industry standards.
- Perform tasks in various weather conditions and at heights, maintaining focus and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Skills**: Ability to measure, cut, and install siding materials accurately. Experience with soffit and gutter installations is a plus.
- **Physical Requirements**: Must be able to lift and carry materials over 100lbs, work at heights, and perform physical tasks in all weather conditions.
- **Transportation**: Reliable transportation to and from job sites is required
- **Work Environment**: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and on high scaffolding.
- **Attitude**: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to grow with the company.
- **Preferred**: Previous experience working at heights and with ladders/scaffolding is preferred.
