**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and familiarize yourself with the Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) at the start of each shift to ensure banquet rooms are set according to customer specifications
- Prepare tables, action stations, buffets, and service carts as outlined in the BEO
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner, maintaining a professional demeanor throughout the event
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring complete satisfaction throughout the event
- Ensure food and beverage items are replenished on buffets and service stations to maintain presentation standards
- Properly open and pour wine at the table side, adhering to proper beverage control and service protocols
- Work closely with the Banquet Captain and other team members to ensure smooth event execution
- Pass along any necessary information to the next shift to ensure continuity of service
- Monitor the condition of all meeting room equipment and ensure its proper use and storage
- Adhere to company grooming and appearance standards at all times, ensuring a polished and professional image
- Assist fellow team members and other departments as needed, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Complete any additional duties as assigned by supervisors

**What we Look For**:

- Minimum of 2-3 in a similar position
- Smart Serve Certification
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during the entire shift
- Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving heavy objects as needed for event setup and breakdown
- Warm, gracious, and professional demeanor with the ability to create positive guest experiences
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
