**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating and supervising the activities of a 25 to 30 union employees.
- Assume all the human resources management responsibilities.
- Have to coordinate quality support to the in-store logistics teams.
- Have to identify, do the documentation and standardize the key process to achieve the objectives and share the good practice of the organization.
- Also have to assume the continuous improvement by using the processes of problem management solutions.
- Also have to use your leadership role in the use of the values and the vision of Bombardier Aeronautic.

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You have a bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college degree combined with several years of experience in the methods and/or quality team, most importantly in quality assurance, project management, problem solving and/or continuous improvement
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position.
- You have excellent management skills.
- You have the ability to show good judgment, flexibility, results-oriented, able to work with mínimal supervision and comfortable with tight delivery times.
- You have a great sense of initiative and are ready to work with a winning team.
- You have good organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge.
- You have a definite talent for communication and leadership.
- You have the ability to work under pressure and with mínimal supervision.
- You have good communication skills in French (bilingualism is an asset)
