Insurance Broker

A fast growing Alberta based brokerage is looking for a team member to provide outstanding customer service to our current clients and help assist new customers find insurance solutions that are right for them. We offer a great team environment, competitive wages, bonuses, and benefits.

**Position**:
As a level 1 or 2 licensed Insurance Broker, you will have the following responsibilities;
- Selling and writing new business with a focus on customer service
- Working with existing clients to re-market/renew policies
- Servicing clients' needs, including claims support, and answering inquiries
- Working closely and well with other team members to offer amazing service to clients
- Managing accounts receivable and collections

**Qualifications**:

- Level 1 or 2 license
- Experience with Power Broker would be an asset
- High degree of professionalism
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Good time management skills, detail oriented, and well-organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and deadlines
