**Responsibilities**

Vendor & Stakeholder Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities
• Accountable for escalations to vendors and internal IT for resolution of critical issues

Process & Knowledge Management

• Maintain and improve IT support processes for effective service delivery
• Keep documentation and knowledge base up to date for internal teams
• Coordinate training sessions, demos, and webinars on feature changes
• Track issues and gaps with external vendors in a structured manner

Product & Process Enhancements

• Identify opportunities for automation, integrations, and process improvements
• Stay updated and inform the team about vendor product roadmaps and market technology trends
• Collaborate with business and IT leadership to plan and prioritize project requests, releases, and system changes
• Create and deliver targeted communications on product changes and important announcements

Project Management & Execution

• Manage and execute operational projects within the portfolio
• Support and guide the transition of process ownership from Solution Delivery to operations
• Manage licensing, reporting, and contract renewals with Program Manager

**Skills and Experience**

• Strong knowledge of business processes, financial services, bookkeeping, and payroll, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Skilled in managing the full lifecycle of technology products, from ideation to delivery and improvement
• Project management expertise in delivering technology solutions across multiple service lines
• Excellent communication skills for creating clear, engaging content for internal communications and training
• Experience in developing training programs, conducting sessions, and managing knowledge bases
• Strong understanding of change management and leading teams through technology and process adoption
• Experience managing software licensing, ensuring compliance, and conducting efficiency audits
• Familiarity with software development, Agile methodologies, and ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) would be an asset
• Experience with ServiceNow is an asset
