Our goal is to have a workplace where the whole team, the clients and the patients are happy. **Job description**

We are looking for a full time Practice Manager. Duties would be various administration and management duties based on experienced and skills and could include:
- **HR**:_
Employees schedule
Payroll, verification and submission into payroll system
Inter Employee relation and morale
Recruitment and new employee processing
Training new hires for reception type position
- **Client Management**:_
Conflict resolution
Promotional/Client social media communications
- **Administration**:_
Inventory management/orders
Returns and promotion management
Daily financial management
Creating Scheduling template
We are looking for:
- Personnel Management experience would be preferable
- Administration experience would be preferable
- Experience in Veterinary Hospital would be preferable
- Bilingual (French/English) would be preferable
- Excellent employee/client/patient care/customer service/people skills
- Avimark knowledge is an asset
- 1 year experience or more in practice management would be preferable
We have flexible hours (open weekdays only, no weekends, closed on statutory holidays), No on call. We are a tight-knit group, have modern equipment in a brand new facility.
Benefits do include family health benefits 100% paid by the hospital if a full time employee (dental, vision, prescription, medical-no copay), profit sharing, at cost veterinary goods and services, uniforms. Compensation and other benefits are commensurable to experience and skills but we offer a generous above average salary as we understand the importance of stability in a practice. Full time hours: 38-42 per week

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour based on experience and skill sets. Special considerations will be taken for People with experience in Veterinary Hospital Management/Administration
