**SUMMARY OF DUTIES**

Working under the direction of the Head, Philanthropy, this position is responsible for growing the foundation’s Annual and Institutional Campaigns. In consultation with the Head, Philanthropy, this position will be a key participant in shaping and implementing the foundation’s communications, stewardship and impact reporting strategies.

This position will also help support building the foundation’s constituent base by working with both internal and external stakeholders as the foundation continues to evolve its mission.

**EDUCATION**
- Post-secondary education in Non-Profit Management, Fundraising, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or Community/Social Welfare and/or equivalent work experience

**EXPERIENCE**
- More than 2 years of experience working in Fundraising and/or Business Development, preferably within the Non-profit/Charitable Sector
- Experience implementing one or more of the following types of fundraising campaigns; Annual Giving, Direct Mail, E-Campaigns, Monthly Giving, Institutional Giving or Major Gifts.
- Experience in the development of writing communications for the purpose of soliciting financial support, stewarding donors and communicating impact.
- Proven ability to set priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast paced, challenging environment

**KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of DonorPerfect or another CRM
- Working knowledge of Word Press or another website platform
- Excellent written, proof-reading and editing skills
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and build strong internal and external relationships.

**SOMMAIRE DES FONCTIONS**

Sous la direction du responsable de la philanthropie, le titulaire de ce poste travaille à accroître les campagnes annuelles et institutionnelles de la Fondation Ingenium. En consultation avec son supérieur, le titulaire est un participant clé dans l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre des stratégies de communication, de relations avec les donateurs et de communication de l’incidence des fonds recueillis à la Fondation.

La Fondation continue de faire évoluer sa mission, et le titulaire contribue à l’accroissement du nombre de contributeurs en travaillant avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.

**ÉDUCATION**
- Formation postsecondaire en gestion d’organismes sans but lucratif, en collecte de fonds, en administration commerciale, en communications ou en marketing ou bien-être communautaire/social, ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.

**EXPÉRIENCE**
- Plus de 2 ans d’expérience en collecte de fonds ou en développement des affaires, de préférence dans le secteur non lucratif ou caritatif.
- Expérience en mise en œuvre d’un ou de plusieurs types de campagnes de collecte de fonds - dons annuels, publipostage, dons mensuels, dons institutionnels ou dons majeurs.
- Capacité démontrée d’établir des priorités et de respecter de stricts délais dans un environnement exigeant au rythme rapide.
- Expérience en élaboration de communications écrites dans le but de solliciter du soutien financier, de bien servir les donateurs et de communiquer l’incidence des fonds recueillis.

**CONNAISSANCES ET COMPÉTENCES**
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint).
- Connaissance pratique de DonorPerfect ou d'un autre CRM.
- Connaissance pratique de Word Press ou d'une autre plateforme de site web.
- Excellentes compétences en rédaction, relecture et révision.
- Excellent sens du contact, capacité à travailler en collaboration avec différentes équipes et à établir des relations solides en interne et en externe.
