**The Opportunity**

We’re seeking a results-oriented **Sales & Marketing Manager** to lead Snake Lake’s commercial strategy across Alberta. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines account management, territory development, brand marketing, and event execution. You’ll be responsible for aligning sales and marketing activities to drive visibility, volume, and velocity.

This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in an environment where **wearing multiple hats is part of the job**, and who’s excited to play a central role in building a growing Alberta brand.

Note: Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents.**What You’ll Do**Sales Leadership
- Coach and support a team of territory reps to meet and exceed targets
- Maintain and grow key on-premise and off-premise relationships
- Manage sales forecasting, CRM reporting, and account performance tracking
- Identify high-potential new opportunities and channels

Marketing Coordination
- Lead the execution of product launches, campaigns, and seasonal activations
- Manage retail POS rollouts, tastings, events, and brand initiatives
- Work closely with creative partners and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand presence
- Serve as the lead brand ambassador at industry events and festivals

**Compensation & Incentives**
- Base salary of **$60,000-$70,000 per year**:

- **Performance-based bonus plan**, tied to sales growth, account success, team leadership, and marketing execution
- **Additional volume-based sales incentives** available for surpassing quarterly targets

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in beverage, alcohol, or CPG sales and/or marketing
- Strong knowledge of Alberta’s liquor distribution and retail environment
- Proven leadership or territory management experience
- Hands-on experience with brand activations, marketing campaigns, or events
- Excellent communication, planning, and CRM skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and comfort with regular travel

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
