**Responsibilities**:
Job Responsibilities:

- Pick orders and stock.
- Packing and kitting materials.
- Using RF scanning to receive, move or pick material.
- Cycle counting inventory when needed.
- Identifying and correcting errors.
- Assisting others in the department as instructed by their supervisor.

Safe Work Practices:

- Following safety procedures in order to perform all aspects of the job in a safe manner for him/herself and others.
- Wearing personal protective equipment required.
- Maintain a clean workplace.
- Participating in health & safety courses, as required.
- Participating in First Aid course.

- Become knowledgeable about all Sylvite divisions and the products and services they provide to customers.
- Demonstrate a high degree of service to and collaboration with other business units.

Education/Experience:

- Warehouse experience or related experience preferred
- Picking and packing experience preferred
- Fundamental/basic math
- RF gun experience preferred
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred
