**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure a clean environment.
- Use power tools and hand tools for various cleaning tasks as required.
- Maintain cleanliness in both commercial and custodial settings, adhering to established protocols.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning duties within designated time frames.
- Communicate with team members and management regarding any issues or special requests from clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as part of the job requirements.
- A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards and customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
