Icf Installer

**We are hiring an ICF Installer / Concrete Form Worker** to join our growing team
We're looking for someone who is **punctual**, **hardworking**, and willing to follow clear company policies designed to create a safe, respectful, and reliable work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) installation
- Assist in setting up and stripping traditional concrete forms
- Help place and finish concrete
- Follow site safety protocols at all times
- Keep tools and work areas clean and organized
- Take direction and work effectively with the team

**Requirements**:

- Some experience with concrete work or form setting preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work physically all day
- Must show up on time every day, ready to work
- Must be willing to follow company attendance and safety policies
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
