Collectivfide is looking to enhance its value proposition and expand its service offering by adding a Data Analyst - Performance Reporting and Customer Insights to our growing team. This is an opportunity to help enhance our data analytics practice.

This role will work in collaboration with the Collectivfide management team and stakeholders to create and maintain reports and dashboards that enable teams to monitor performance. This role is primarily remote but you will need to be able to come into the Cambridge, ON office for collaboration days, team meetings/events.

**What Will You Spend Your Time Doing?**
- Provide technical support across a broad range of data analysis functions such as performance reporting, customer insights, report design, data modelling, database architecture.
- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit requirements, design, build, test and deploy ongoing solutions (e.g., dashboards, KPI’s, self-serve reports, ad hoc reports) to support growth plans and identify new opportunities.
- Effectively present data in an efficient and easily understandable way to a variety of audiences using various reporting formats and data visualization platforms.
- Work with data from multiple systems to develop the back-end database for dynamic reporting capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to promote self-service access to data to improve decision making.
- Contribute towards developing and/or enhancing the analytics practice, tools, methodologies, and processes.
- Work with 3rd party contractors to maintain a data warehouse.
- Work with the Manager Broker Analytics and Initiatives to support other projects and initiatives.

**Key Qualifications**
- Post-secondary university, college, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience using data to clearly articulate compelling stories to drive decision making.
- Able to adapt and tailor different styles when communicating to different audiences or stakeholder groups.
- Experience in the P&C insurance industry or broker management systems (TAM, Epic, SigXp, PowerBroker, TBW) would be an asset.
- Experience maintaining a data warehouse would be an asset.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills and be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
