**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform a range of routine accounting activities such as data entry, maintenance of the chart of accounts, account reconciliation, journal entry and inventory reconciliation.
- Utilize accounting software, including Business Central and Microsoft Excel, to input and manage financial data efficiently.
- Support financial auditing processes by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to assist in corporate finance activities as needed.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation for easy retrieval.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in accounting analysis
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and accounting/financial/operational principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of financial auditing principles is a plus but not required.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
