What You’ll Be Doing

The HR, Coordinator, Global Policies and Programs co-op will be responsible for supporting our global policies and programs team and helping deliver a consistent employee experience, including related to our global HR policies, and global mobility and immigration programs.

Important Information
- You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education to be eligible. However, you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for a role.
- Recruitment timeline: Applications review - January; Interviews - February/March; Offers - March/April

How You’ll Succeed
- Collaborate with our policy consultants in conducting research and helping develop various HR policies and initiatives
- Manage human resources mailboxes to answer questions and requests regarding various HR policies and programs
- Provide administrative support related to our global policies and programs function, including related to global mobility and immigration, as required
