Supermarché La Main est une épicerie dans le Plateau Mont-Royal. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) assistant(e) **adjoint(e) de nuit **pour notre magasin à **Temps plein. **Ce poste est essentiel pour maintenir l'excellence opérationnelle au sein du magasin tout en favorisant un environnement de magasinage positif pour les clients. - **Responsabilités principales**_
- Assister le directeur du magasin dans les opérations quotidiennes et développer des stratégies de vente pour atteindre les objectifs du magasin
- Manipuler les produits et stocker les étagères
- Préparer les horaires de travail
- Assurer une bonne gestion du magasin la nuit
- Assistance aux divers départements
- Maintenir la propreté et l’organisation du magasin pour améliorer l’expérience d’achat.
- Servir les clients à la caisse au besoin.
- Surveillance.
- Effectue les taches de fermeture.
- **Compétences**_
- Connaissances en matière de logiciels Office, de systèmes de point de vente et compétences techniques.
- Capacités de soulever des charges de 40 livres
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.

**Quart de travail**
- 5 jours par semaine 15h à 23h - (un (1) jour la fin de semaine)

**Salaire**
- 38,000 $ à 40,000 $ par année selon expérience.

- **Main responsibilities**_
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and develop sales strategies to achieve store targets.
- Product handling and stock shelves.
- Prepare work schedules.
- Assistance to all departments.
- Ensure proper Management of the store at night.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store to enhance the shopping experience.
- Surveillance.
- Serve customers at the cash as required.
- Store closing.
- **Abilities**_
- Knowledgeable using Office software, POS systems and technically proficient.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and store layout.
- Capabilities up to lift 40lbs.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.

**Work Shift**
- Full time employment.
- 5 days per week 3 :00 pm to 11:00 pm (1 day on weekends)

**Salary**
- $38,000$ to $40,000 per annum depending on experience.
