**Job Description**:
As a Product Design Lead at Nurun, you’ll have the opportunity to lead design teams and work collaboratively with cross-functional experts across the entire design process, ranging from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity visual design and prototypes, as well as testing and validating design solutions depending on project requirements and team structure. Every opportunity presents different demands; you'll need to be adaptable and solution-driven, provide clear direction to the design team, mentor and guide designers, present design concepts with confidence, and contribute to new business initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a mix of agency, start-up, and consultancies.
- Bilingual: fluent in French and English.
- 3+ years of education in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience Design, or Psychology.
- Strong portfolio of 3-5 pieces demonstrating your understanding and craft of key UX & UI activities applied through project deliverables in Discovery, Definition, and Design:
- Can include, but isn’t limited to, persona design, user scenarios and flows, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, design concepts, UI mock-ups, design systems, micro animation explorations, and advanced prototyping.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and soft skills: adeptly collaborating with our project and client teams, you possess a keen ability to balance challenge and compromise.
- Seasoned and engaging presenter: confidently communicate ideas, backed by research and insights; solving for the measurable outcomes and the needs of users; able to craft persuasive stories in presentation format.
- You understand the needs of a brand and the performance of a business.
- You’re innately curious, proactive, a self-learner, and a driven problem-solver.
- You seek to find the sweet spot between understanding business needs (what drives the business, what success looks like ) and human needs (goals, expectations, frustrations), and how to solve both.
