**About the Role**
We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic **Baker / All-Rounder** to join our café family. This role is ideal for someone who loves the craft of baking, thrives in the quiet focus of early mornings, and enjoys being part of a small, supportive team.

You’ll start your day early (as early as 6:00 am), preparing and baking our in-house pastries and baked goods to ensure they’re fresh and ready for our morning customers. In addition to daily baking, you’ll have the opportunity to use your creativity to develop new menu items and seasonal specials. After baking, you’ll also assist with opening duties and morning café operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and bake pastries, croissants, cookies, bars, and other baked goods to café standards
- Arrive early to ensure all baked items are ready for the morning rush
- Assist with developing and testing new recipes and menu items
- Support café opening duties (setting up displays, restocking, preparing stations)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen and café environment
- Assist with customer service, drink preparation, and other team tasks as needed

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous baking experience (professional or in a similar setting is required)
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ability to create new menu items
- Ability to work early mornings starting at 6:00 am
- Reliability and consistency—our morning customers count on us
- Positive energy and a team-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and pride in creating high-quality products
