**Job Overview**
We are looking for caring and reliable Babysitters to provide exceptional childcare for families in our community. As a Babysitter with Swaddle, you will create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children, giving parents peace of mind while they are away.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide attentive care for children of various ages, including playtime, meals/snacks, bedtime routines, and homework help (as applicable)
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote creativity, learning, and fun
- Ensure children’s safety and well-being at all times, both at home and on outings (if required)
- Communicate clearly with parents about their child’s day, activities, and any concerns
- Follow family routines, rules, and preferences to maintain consistency for the children
**Qualifications**
Prior experience or in babysitting, childcare (camp counsellor, volunteer, daycare worker, teacher, etc.), or a related caregiving role or education degree in childcare related studies
Understanding of child development, safety practices, and age-appropriate activities
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with families
Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently
Bubbly, friendly, outgoing, enjoys meeting new people
