We are currently seeking a dynamic **L3 IT Technician**, for our client who is a company specializing in Audio-Visual, Digital Signage and Communication technology and solutions.

**What you’ll need**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken), Knowledge of French.
- You have at least a college diploma in computer science or in a related field;
- You have three (3) to five 5) years of relevant experience in a similar role;
- You have a high-level of proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange and OneDrive;
- You have knowledge of Database connectivity in the Azure SQL & PosgreSQL environment;
- You have experience working with Windows Serve 2019 and Remote Desktop Server (Tomcat);
- Intermediate IT Networking experience with Azure (LogicApps, Network Security Groups, Front door, Load balance) and ability to provide tech support related to switches (Cisco RV series & Ubiquity);
- Experience with MagicInfo, PostgreSQL & Tomcat would be assets.
