**Overview**

**Duties**
- Project planning and scheduling
- Guest relations
- Maintain a specific rolling clientele, and team, throughout the seasons
- Project planning for current and future development - help with the design and
- budget
- Problem solves and resolve any issues that arise during construction, such as
- design changes or conflicts among team members or subcontractors
- Regular reporting to Supervisor
- Assist with basic construction and maintenance, report any issues, aim to fix
- and manage equipment.
- Inventory management
- Be involved in Crisis Management - Guest emergencies and overall guest safety

**Requirements**:

- The use of Microsoft and Google Applications
- An understanding of Cloudbeds Booking Systems
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for guest and staff engagement.
- Will live on-site for a minimum of 60 days during the current low season - February 2 to April 2, 2025. Staff dormitory room will be subsidized and discussed on hiring.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
