Responsibilities:

- Conduct yoga classes for individuals or groups, focusing on proper alignment and technique
- Create and plan yoga sequences that cater to different skill levels and goals
- Provide modifications and adjustments to participants to ensure safety and proper form
- Demonstrate and guide participants through various yoga poses and breathing exercises
- Offer guidance on mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and meditation practices
- Monitor participants' progress and provide feedback and encouragement
- Maintain a clean and safe yoga studio environment

**Skills**:

- Certified yoga instructor with a recognized certification program (e.g., Yoga Alliance)
- Strong knowledge of different yoga styles
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively guide participants through classes
- Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to yoga practice
- Ability to modify poses for individuals with injuries or limitations
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants
- Time management skills to effectively plan and manage class schedules

Starting ASAP until June 26

Tuesday 6:45pm Yin Yoga and Thursday 6:45pm Happy Hips Yoga

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 per week
