**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate snow plow trucks and other snow removal equipment effectively during winter storms.
- Clear snow and ice from roads, driveways, parking lots, and sidewalks to ensure public safety.
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment and ensuring all components are functioning properly.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as required
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts and respond promptly to changing weather conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time spent on each task and any issues encountered with equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery in adverse weather conditions.

**Experience**
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery or snow plow equipment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in challenging weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications for operating heavy machinery are advantageous.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
