Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the planning, delivery, and management of IT services to meet business needs and objectives
- Develop and implement IT service management processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage the IT service desk and broker support, including incident management, problem management, and request fulfillment processes
- Lead and manage a team of IT service delivery professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of IT service delivery with business needs and objectives
- Develop and maintain IT service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure that services are delivered in accordance with agreed-upon SLAs
- Ensure compliance with IT service management policies, procedures, and standards

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT service management or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years previous supervisory experience with demonstrated skills in managing budgets, staff development, and scheduling of resources
- Experience managing IT service delivery teams and implementing IT service management processes and procedures
- Deep knowledge of IT service management principles, processes, and best practices (such as ITIL)
- Strong technical knowledge of and leadership experience with service desk monitoring and reporting systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have a growth-oriented mindset that prioritizes people and service excellence
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent preferred

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Information Technology: 4 years (preferred)
