**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
**Title**:
In-Town Service Coordinator/Dispatch + In Town Service Coordinator/Skip Tracer
**Overview of Key Responsibilities**:
The Service Coordinators are responsible for overseeing all aspects of service of process both within the jurisdictions directly covered by D&D.
Day to day responsibilities include client intake, quotations for service, vetting of service materials and instructions to comply with legislative, regulatory and contractual requirements, making determinations regarding viability of successful services, closely controlling effort and costs of service, client updates and reporting.
**Important to note** that the Service Coordinator roles which are critical roles supporting Process Serving, are both currently vacant.
**Detailed Job Description**:
- Entering the instruction details of incoming files into etray for the purpose of processing work orders and creating invoices
- Review work and prioritizes the work orders for serving legal documents
- Verifying service details with Process Servers to ensure services are carried out in accordance with the clients’ instructions
- Communicating with clients to obtain missing information, resolve discrepancies in information and provide updates on the progress of files
- This role acts between the clients and the process server and will need both excellent oral and return communication skills
- Identifies difficult to serve individuals and strategizes to effect timely and cost-effective service
- Conducts research to identify and locate individuals
- Provides updates to clients regarding the status of files
- Reviewing open order reports to identify and investigate why orders are not complete
**General Responsibilities**:
- Providing quotes for in town service work to clients
- Promoting and personally demonstrating the Company’s core values when dealing with internal and external clients and other business stakeholders
- Providing over the top customer service to both internal and external clients
- Participating in learning and development opportunities
- Recognizing and seizing opportunities to promote Dye & Durham’s range of products and services to clients; with a particular focus on promoting ETRAY
- Participating in the development and documentation of procedures
- Providing assistance to other team members, as required
- Performing general office tasks, as required
