**Job Description Summary**:
**About the role**:
**As Field Service Representative, you will **support our customers in the Ontario province. You will perform preventive maintenance and service calls for robotized systems dedicated to the automated preparation of pill dispensers in pharmacies, part of our **Medication Management Systems Pharmacy Automation products**. This is a field-based role located in Toronto, ON and supporting the Ontario region.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Travel to customer sites and provide courteous and professional technical support, where you will carry out repairs and maintenance on medical device robotic systems as required, according to established procedures, including train and support our clients in the maintenance of them.
- Update equipment and software.
- Conduct follow-up visits to meet customer needs.
- Prepare and write service reports in accordance with internal standard operating procedures.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the company's departmental practices.
- Additional tasks as needed.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you require
- Must be able to support customers in the Ontario region, not limited to supporting as needed the Quebec, Montreal and Saguenay regions, and travel to sites daily, overnight, or as needed.
- Superb communication (verbal, written) and presentation skills.
- Proven teamwork and collaboration skills, including strong interpersonal skills.
- Prociency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel). Working knowledge with ERP/CRM systems a plus.
- Flexibility for rotational work (weekends).
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak), bilingual French an asset.
- Possesses strong time management skills, and ability to work effectively without direct supervision.
- Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs. This position requires a considerable amount of pushing, pulling, stooping, bending, and lifting.

**Education and experience required**:

- DEP or DEC in mechanical engineering/industrial mechanics/automation or other relevant training.
- Minimum of two (2) years' in a similar role in a field related to automation and technical service. Knowledge of the medical device, pharmaceutical, automation industries a strong asset.
