**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measurement tools such as calipers and gauges
- Perform detailed quality control checks according to established standards and specifications
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for reporting purposes
- Identify deviations from quality standards and communicate issues promptly to production teams for corrective action
- Assist in developing and updating quality assurance procedures and inspection protocols
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on process deficiencies or potential enhancements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of inspection areas, ensuring compliance with safety regulations

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of quality management principles within manufacturing environments
- Experience with quality control, quality inspection, and quality assurance processes
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
- Knowledge of QA/QC standards, industry regulations, and compliance requirements
- Ability to perform detailed data collection and documentation with precision
- Good communication skills for reporting findings clearly and effectively
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
