**Position Function**:
The Finishing Carpenter is responsible for completing assigned tasks efficiently and with a high attention to detail. The Finishing Carpenter must be meticulous, eager to learn, a self starter and align with Stattonrock’s core values and mission statement.

**Reports to**: Assigned Project Manager
**Compensation Type**:Hourly
**Salary Range**:
- $18.00 - $24.00/hour (1-2 year)
- $25.00 - $30.00/hour (3-4 year)
- $31.00 - $37.00/hour (Journeyperson)
**Key Position Objectives**:
- Manage daily schedule, ensuring efficient and effective productivity
- Use learned skills to execute projects to Stattonrock standards
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment by following and enforcing mandated standards and procedures
- Analyze and understand construction plans and blueprints
- Build, install and repair interior wall panelling, trim and crown mouldings for residential new build and renovations
- Able to accurately caulk, fill, sand, prep, and paint interior surfaces
- Select, measure and mark materials for installation
- Cutting and shaping materials and joining them with nails, screws, bolts or glue
- Build, install and repair interior wall panelling, trim and crown mouldings for residential new build and renovations
- Preparing and cleaning surfaces
- Reading specifications to determine required materials
- Repairing cracks and holes in walls
- Removing old wallpaper and paint

**What You Can Do**:
- Minimum 3 years interior finishing/painting experience
- Strong knowledge of interior painting best practices
- Must be able to see the big picture as well as the finer details
- Hold a valid Driver’s License
- Analyze and understand construction plans and blueprints
- Show strong problem-solving skills
**Working Conditions**:
- Primarily on the job sites
- Will be expected to travel as needed to company subsidiaries and attend further education seminars or school
- You may be requested (but not required) to work evenings or weekend during large projects or periods of change
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
