**OVERVIEW**

Responsible for day-to-day activities related to drug distribution and provision of Pharmaceutical care under the supervision of a Pharmacist or Technician. Duties may also include distribution activities such as technical and clerical functions relatedto quality assurance, drug distribution, inventory control, and compounding.

**EDUCATION**
- Enrollment or completion of an OCP recognized Pharmacy Technician or BSc Pharmacy or PharmD college/university program

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Hospital Pharmacy experience preferred.
- Experience with electronic/robotic drug distribution systems, drug compounding are an asset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain composure under stress.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Computer knowledge and skills required.
- Must be bondable.
- Demonstrated excellent work and attendance record required.
