**Job description**

Parkway Physiotherapy & Performance Centre, located in the Westshore, is seeking friendly, empathetic, and energetic people to join our front desk team in a part-time position. You must be able to manage a VERY fast-paced environment while keeping your cool We are looking for people to join our fun-loving Admin team part-time.

**Hours may vary between Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., so flexibility is required in this area. At this point in time, we can offer approximately 12-20 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours for vacation/sick coverage and the ability to grow within the company.**

Reception duties and responsibilities include:

- greeting clients, processing payments, and direct billing to extended benefit plans.
- answering phones and booking clients, which will require a good understanding of the types of services we offer.
- general clinic maintenance, such as laundry and room cleaning.

**Salary**: $18.00/hour
Health care spending account

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
