**Responsibilities**:
**-**Scrape, rinse, and load dishes, glassware, and utensils into industrial dishwashing machines or wash delicate items by hand.
- Ensure all dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools are properly cleaned and sanitized to meet health standards.

**-**Handwash fragile glassware, wooden boards, and large pots that may be damaged by dishwashers.

**-**Unload clean items from the machine, dry them if necessary, and organize them in proper storage areas.

**-**Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean counters, and maintain a clean and sanitary dishwashing area.

**-**Regularly empty trash containers and dispose of food waste and boxes in designated areas.
- Wipe down and sanitize prep stations, appliances (like coffee machines and mixers), and work areas.

**-**Help maintain clean and organized dry storage areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
- Help with basic food preparation and other tasks requested by cooks and kitchen managers.

**-**Help maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and report when they need to be reordered.

**-**Inform supervisors about any malfunctions with the dishwashing machines or other equipment.

**-**Follow all sanitation guidelines and health and safety standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

We are hiring part time positions, must be able to work Friday and Saturday, days and nights

Please note that additional duties may be assigned as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
