**Intentional Outcomes Counselling Ltd** is a growing practice in Halifax, NS. We’re professional, supportive, and collaborative and we’re looking for therapists who truly love what they do and want to be part of a connected team.

We are currently seeking a **full-time or part-time Clinical Social Worker or Registered Counselling Therapist** to provide both couples and individual therapy. This contractor role is primarily in-person, with flexible hybrid options available.

**Qualifications**
- Master’s in Social Work (Registered with NSCSW) or Master’s in Counselling (Registered with NSCCT)
- Experience in couples therapy and/or addictions will be prioritised
- Training in evidence-based practices (CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, Gottman, etc.)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to client-centred, trauma-informed care
