**DESCRIPTION OF WORK / DELIVERABLES**
- The Web and eLearning Analyst is responsible for the technical development of eLearning materials, following the standards set out by the eLearning Technical Lead. The incumbent is also
- responsible for publishing eLearning content to SharePoint and WordPress and testing it for accessibility and usability, as well as maintaining the project's R3 WordPress site.
**Responsibilities**
- Developing task guides and how-to guides using the Adobe Creative Suite to support the Training Specialist in the development of Core User resources.
- Creating and testing eLearning packages for use within the Brightspace Learning Management System (LMS) or on a training website.
- Publishing eLearning materials and supporting resources to SharePoint, WordPress and Brightspace.
- Posting and organizing learning content to WordPress, as required by all areas of the R3 Project.
- Providing technical support for the R3 Project WordPress site including designing and adding or updating pages.
- Working with the Marketing team to test the R3 Project site when upgrades to the WordPress administrative site are introduced; working with Marketing to resolve any plug-in issues.
**Requirements - Must Have's**
- University Degree or College Diploma, or foreign equivalent, required from an accredited institution in a related field (e.g. Web Development, Interactive Media Design).
- Demonstrated proficiency in producing, publishing and organizing informational or training content to WordPress and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated ability to use the WordPress Administration interface to add and update pages and troubleshoot plugins.
- Demonstrated proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Illustrator, Audition, Premiere) and Adobe Captivate (or equivalent) to produce interactive learning content.
- Experience developing software simulations within large ERP projects, including knowledge of processes to stage data to create training simulations.
- Experience with the use of a Learning Management System (LMS).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience creating training for the use of a student information system;
- Specific experience with Brightspace (D2L) Learning Management System (LMS); and
- Experience with a Student Information System.
**IDEAL CANDIDATE** - will have higher education experience (College/University), in a similar capacity.. Familiar with Student Information Systems (SIS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
